List of documents required for visa application:

• Valid passport;
• Questionnaire
• Current photo 2 pcs, 3,5x4,5 cm on white background;
• Copy of invitation from Kazakhstan with the number of visa support or an application from the inviting party, if a visa is requested by a citizen of the countries for which an invitation is not required
• Minors also require a birth certificate and notarized permission from the unaccompanied parent
• If the applicant permanently resides in a country other than the country of citizenship, a long-term visa or a residence permit of the country of residence is needed

Application or note verbale should be submitted not earlier than 90 calendar days and not later than 5 working days before the expected date of entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Documents issued or witnessed by a competent authority of a foreign country or a specially authorized person within its competence, in the prescribed form and bearing the stamped seal of the foreign country, are accepted only after undergoing a special certification procedure (legalization or apostille).

Application or note verbale shall be submitted not earlier than 90 calendar days and not later than 5 working days before the intended date of entry of the visa recipient into the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Employment Visa (C3, C4, C5, C6)

• Valid passport;
• Questionnaire
• Valid 2 photos, 3,5x4,5 cm on a white background;
• If the applicant permanently resides in a country other than your country of citizenship, you must include a long-term visa or residency permit from your country of residence
• For the C3 visa (to work): permission to hire foreign workers, or documents proving that according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party, the visa recipient does not need permission to work or hire foreign workers;
• For C4 visa (for self-employment in the professions demanded in the priority sectors of the economy):
• Application;
• Certificate of competence for self-employment;
• Employment contract
• For C5 visa (business immigrants):
• Medical certificate confirming the absence of diseases, the presence of which prohibits foreigners and stateless persons to enter the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Medical insurance
• Document confirming the presence or absence of criminal record, issued by the authorized body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence;
• Document confirming the presence or absence of a ban on entrepreneurial activity on the basis of a court decision, issued by an authorized body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence, if the issuance of such a certificate provided by the laws of the foreign state.
• For visa C6:
• An invitation from an employer
• Permit issued to the employer to hire foreign workers
